As a Senior Compensation Analyst focusing on Sales Compensation Structure at Insight, you will be instrumental in developing and overseeing Insight's sales compensation framework, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall compensation strategy through thorough analysis of job roles and compensation elements. You will assess internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices to guarantee fair and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities at Insight

Design and manage the sales compensation framework to ensure alignment both internally and externally. Analyze job responsibilities, determine job exemption classifications and salary grades, and maintain comprehensive job documentation. Conduct compensation surveys, track trends, and analyze market data to ensure compliance with regulations and uphold competitive compensation practices. Collaborate with the Sales Incentive team to ensure consistency in compensation strategy. Work closely with HR Managers and Recruiting to provide insights and recommend corrective or alternative actions to address issues. Oversee and recommend pay mix strategies for sales positions. Provide support for global compensation administration across all job roles. Engage in global compensation program administration. Manage assigned projects effectively. Contribute to global job alignment initiatives to ensure consistency across the organization.

Qualifications Required to Join Insight

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and HR-related experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in compensation analysis. Proven experience in designing and maintaining a sales compensation structure. Familiarity with survey administration processes. Experience with global compensation administration is preferred.

The base salary range for this position typically falls between $100,000 and $107,000, inclusive of benefits. However, compensation decisions are contingent upon the specific facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
