This newly established role requires a strategic and proactive leader who has a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive human resource strategies.
The Head of Human Resources Operations (HHRO) should possess a genuine passion for addressing challenges and providing solutions that contribute to shaping and enhancing Solengrs' growth, team dynamics, culture, morale, and overall workplace environment.
The HHRO will be responsible for formulating and executing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure the organization maintains a robust workforce that is well-trained, motivated, and productive.
Additionally, the HHRO will engage in various aspects of the organization, including talent acquisition and management development, thereby playing a pivotal role in aligning the workforce with the company's overarching objectives.
Key Qualifications:
• 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, demonstrating a successful history of establishing new systems and practices.
• 10+ years of experience in human resources management; 15+ years is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational development, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• HR Certification, such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP (SHRM or HRCI).
• Knowledge of government contracting, SCA, CBA's, etc.
• Strong grasp of federal and state employment regulations.
• Proficiency with People Operations technology (e.g., performance management software, applicant tracking systems).
• Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and development processes.
• Proven experience in leading a team of HR professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR strategies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to build an organization from the ground up; prior start-up experience is advantageous.
• Experience in designing and executing innovative talent acquisition, performance management, and retention strategies.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a clear vision and a commitment to the highest standards of integrity, quality, and collaboration, fostering strong team cultures, and promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Ability to manage a growing team amidst competing demands; remains composed and focused under high volumes of activity and projects.
• Effectively resolves issues through timely consultation in a respectful environment.
• Sets and achieves high-performance expectations that are motivating and results-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with care and empathy.
• Highly collaborative work style, capable of functioning as a peer and thought partner to leadership team members.
