We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Representative to join our team at Salt Fork Lodge.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for securing reservations, providing exceptional guest service, and utilizing sales techniques to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality service and hospitality to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Secure guest reservations, handle deposits, and maintain accurate records in our Opera/Synxis database.
  • Determine guests' needs and work with them to meet their expectations, offering personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell and explaining features, driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures through training sessions.
Additional Functions:

Assist group sales with reservations and name lists, answer overflow phone calls from the front desk, and participate in educational opportunities and mandatory training sessions as required.
