Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Spectrum. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our business in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct needs analysis with potential customers to identify and present solutions that meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and customer onboarding.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals.
- Experience with sales software and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for sales calls and customer meetings.
- Spends approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather.
- Minimal time in an office environment.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels.
