Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Spectrum. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our business in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct needs analysis with potential customers to identify and present solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and customer onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for sales calls and customer meetings.
Working Conditions
  • Spends approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather.
  • Minimal time in an office environment.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels.
