Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our management team, you will be expected to perform the following duties and complete all necessary training:

  • Adhere to Zaxby's Front of House Development Plan
  • Engage in hands-on training at various stations
  • Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to guests
  • Warmly greet and thank all guests
  • Stay informed about ongoing promotions
  • Assist guests with menu inquiries and recommendations
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the Zaxby's brand
  • Ensure accurate order-taking and transaction processing
  • Operate cash registers and manage payment transactions
  • Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming environment
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in guest areas and workspaces
  • Handle equipment properly and report maintenance issues
  • Restock supplies and keep workspaces organized
  • Prepare and package orders accurately
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently

Skills Required:

  • Supervise all staff members during shifts, including cashiers and cooks
  • Manage inventory effectively to control food costs
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists
  • Recruit and schedule staff to ensure excellent guest service while managing labor expenses
  • Balance daily cash, safe, and credit card transactions
  • Operate within or exceed budgeted operational goals
  • Maintain high product quality standards
  • Promote a culture of excellence within the establishment
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team members
