About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader for Cloud Solutions to join our team and drive revenue growth from named accounts through relationship building, identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell cloud services, and closing new logos.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client partnerships and driving results through effective negotiation and strategic planning. They will be responsible for forecasting new business revenue, developing target strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales management, and assisting the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and coordinating meetings for opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of Sales Management experience in Cloud Solutions or technology-based products/services
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM or equivalent systems
  • Proven track record of C-level sales interactions
  • Strong software demonstration capabilities
  • Excellence in relationship building with key decision-makers
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Technology-savvy with strong analytical capabilities

What We Offer

This is a remote-based position with some travel required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We are looking for someone who combines strong business acumen with exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating both the tenacity to achieve targets and the emotional intelligence to develop their team.
