Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Northern California. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on our security products, including electronic and physical security systems. This will involve conducting site surveys, performing installation startups, system commissioning, and customer training.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on electronic and physical security products
  • Install and wire electronic equipment used in systems
  • Account for all installation tools/equipment and job parts/inventory
  • Test all installed/serviced equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with customers' requirements
  • Communicate important project status information to management as necessary
  • Communicate with customers on job status or completion
  • Conduct site surveys upon request of management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1 + years of electronics experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Knowledge of security equipment such as alarm systems, access control, video, CCTV systems, drive up systems, & under-counter teller equipment is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Bosch, DMP, March DVR, 3VR, and/or Lenel Access control product lines preferred but not required

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $25 per hour, DOE, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime pay.
