About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our global development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing clinical studies within pre-specified timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage integration of all project team activities, leveraging internal and external resources, expertise, and knowledge.
  • Develop and track metrics to assess clinical operations performance for multiple projects.
  • Identify and report potential program/project issues and resource deficiencies effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop protocol and study designs and other key study deliverables.
  • Manage CRO/vendor relationships, including identification, request for proposal submission, selection, and day-to-day operational management activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; clinical or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in clinical operations, with 6+ years managing clinical studies and direct reports.
  • Proven track record in resource planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Comprehensive regulatory knowledge, including Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and project management tools.
