We are actively seeking experienced Assemblers to contribute to our operations. Candidates with a background in sophisticated manufacturing settings, particularly in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs), printers, cameras, and military-grade antenna systems, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to work instructions, production schematics, and protocols under guidance.
  • Utilize engineering drawings, verbal directives, change notifications, and parts lists to inspect updates and confirm assembly modifications.
  • Execute a range of electronic, mechanical, or electromechanical assembly and rework tasks.
  • Perform both automated and manual testing and inspections.
  • Gather, document, analyze, and interpret testing data.
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain precise records.
  • Conduct routine electronic testing procedures.
  • Ensure products fulfill or surpass specified criteria.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, along with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Capability to operate under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in electronic soldering is essential.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive hand movements.
  • Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
  • Proficiency in reading engineering schematics and assembly diagrams.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications are advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
  • Light lifting and mobility within the work area.
  • Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend, and navigate the facility.
  • Must be capable of sitting and standing for extended durations.
Work Environment:

The work is generally conducted in a standard production and assembly atmosphere. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
