Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to work instructions, production drawings, and established procedures under guidance.
- Utilize schematics, engineering drawings, verbal instructions, change notices, and parts lists to inspect updates and confirm assembly revisions.
- Execute a range of electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical assembly and rework tasks.
- Conduct both automated and manual testing and inspections.
- Gather, log, analyze, and interpret testing data.
- Complete necessary documentation and maintain precise records.
- Perform routine electronic testing procedures.
- Ensure products meet or exceed specified standards.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, along with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience in electronic soldering is essential.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
- Capability to lift 40 lbs and perform repetitive hand tasks.
- Understanding of ESD protocols.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office are advantageous.
- Light lifting and mobility within the work area.
- Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend, and navigate the facility.
- Must be able to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods.
The work is generally conducted in a production and assembly setting. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
