Salary and Incentives

The estimated base salary for this role is between $36,540 and $66,010, with a total target cash pay range of $52,200 to $94,300, inclusive of target incentives.

Job Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in promoting T-Mobile's business products and services to existing customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily communication with customers via phone, email, and online meetings.
  • Researching customer needs and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Facilitating the sales process from initial contact to proposal and final order.
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma.
  • 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
