Job Description

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial part in setting up free in-home consultations and driving our sales efforts by making proactive outbound calls to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers to set appointments for our sales team.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with all leads and customers in the pipeline daily and consistently.
  • Customer Interaction: Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Call Management: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner using an automated dialer system.
  • Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • CRM Management: Keep records of all conversations in our CRM in a comprehensible and accurate manner.
  • Performance Goals: Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of call center or strong customer service-related background.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type 40 words per minute.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
