The successful candidate will possess a robust background in receivables management, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute all accounts receivable operations, encompassing invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
  • Track and pursue outstanding receivables to guarantee prompt payment.
  • Work closely with the finance department to address any billing or payment inconsistencies.
  • Compile and uphold precise financial documentation, including daily and monthly reports.
  • Engage with clients regarding account statuses and payment inquiries.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and audit preparations as necessary.
  • Provide support for additional accounting functions as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a comparable role.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • High level of precision and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Aptitude for managing high transaction volumes and multitasking effectively.
