The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the channel strategy, executing it by onboarding suitable channel partners, and managing these relationships to meet ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with business objectives in the region.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage top-tier channel partners and industry influencers.
  • Engage in collaborative sales efforts, promote marketing initiatives, conduct training sessions, and participate in trade exhibitions.
  • Establish performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of channel partners and sales programs.
  • Provide insights for pricing strategies based on market intelligence and competitive analysis.
  • Contribute to the creation of channel marketing initiatives and sales tools to enhance revenue.
  • Continuously analyze and refine business strategies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales.
  • Preferred experience in:
    • 3D motion capture
    • Virtual Production
    • Virtual Reality
    • Animation
    • Game Engines
    • Sales to entertainment studios and educational institutions
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Experience with modern productivity tools is preferred.
  • A proven track record of successful sales and forecasting in the region is necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial.

Additional Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • A valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance are required.
  • Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 40 pounds.
