Compensation Range: $145,000 - $155,000

Work Arrangement: 3 days remote, 2 days in-office

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in technology support within the financial services sector
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving application-related issues
  • Experience with cloud-based applications, preferably AWS
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Python
  • Familiarity with AWS technologies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver application support for systems utilized by various teams, addressing business challenges and providing solutions to investment teams and product-focused business areas
  • Take ownership of the operation, monitoring, and integrity of the technology platform, including managing complex data import processes from multiple external sources
  • Provide triage and escalation support for the technology team, including on-call duties during evenings and weekends on a rotational basis
  • Engage in incident and problem management processes, ensuring accountability for resolution, root cause analysis, and comprehensive reporting
  • Oversee the stability of the production environment within the change management framework, ensuring adherence to established policies
  • Manage minor development tasks and projects aimed at resolving existing issues or enhancing operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with external vendors and their technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and strategic improvements
  • Work closely with development teams to identify and address recurring issues
  • Partner with testing and release control teams to facilitate the deployment of thoroughly tested code into production
