About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Carmel Music Academy team as a Front Desk Maestro Team Leader. As the welcoming face of the academy, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our students and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to directors and staff, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain and update office records, documents, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Greet and assist customers visiting the academy, with a friendly professional first point of contact.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information about our music lessons programs.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, and accounts payable tasks.
  • Maintain inventory levels of office, cleaning and retail items and reordering as needed.
  • Enter data into databases and generate reports as required.
  • Communicate effectively with directors, staff, teachers and partners.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in office administration, hospitality, entertainment or retail setting a plus.
  • Proficiency in all things Google and familiarity with MailChimp.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to assist customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
