Role Summary:
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for creating outstanding experiences for our clients. Your role will encompass everything from warmly greeting visitors to driving sales and nurturing positive relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Duties:
    Provide thorough administrative support to management and staff, including managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Ensure that office records and documents are maintained accurately and are easily accessible.
  • Client Interaction:
    Welcome and assist clients visiting the academy, serving as the first point of contact with a friendly demeanor. Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information about our music lesson offerings.
  • Financial Management:
    Assist with financial tasks related to accounts receivable and payable. Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
  • Inventory Oversight:
    Monitor inventory levels of office supplies, cleaning materials, and retail items, reordering as necessary. Track equipment and accessories to guarantee availability for instructors and clients.
  • Data Management:
    Input data into databases and generate necessary reports. Analyze data to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Effective Communication:
    Maintain clear communication with management, staff, instructors, and partners. Draft and proofread correspondence and reports as needed.
  • Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is advantageous. Experience in office administration, hospitality, entertainment, or retail is preferred. Proficiency in Google applications and familiarity with email marketing tools is beneficial. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to assist clients and solve problems is crucial.
