Job Title: Front Desk Team Member

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Team Member at Carmel Music Academy.

About the Role

As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to directors and staff, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Greeting and assisting customers visiting the academy, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
  • Maintaining inventory levels of office, cleaning, and retail items and reordering as needed.
  • Entering data into databases and generating reports as required.
  • Communicating effectively with directors, staff, teachers, and partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in office administration, hospitality, entertainment, or retail.
  • Proficiency in Google and familiarity with MailChimp.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
