About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Pure Barre Durham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving studio sales and overseeing Member Services at our Durham location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Studio Owner and Sales Manager in lead generation, including planning grassroots marketing and studio events
  • Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into introductory classes and ensure daily lead management checklists are executed by the Sales Representative team
  • Manage member accounts and execute member retention tasks within ClubReady
  • Participate in weekly meetings, including the National Sales Call and bi-monthly Marketing Call
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and enforce studio policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 1+ year of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solution-based and results-oriented approach
