Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are currently in search of motivated and personable individuals for a full-time Customer Service Sales Coordinator role within our Cleveland division. This position will be based in the sales office of our stunning model homes.

As a Customer Service Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the Market Manager. Key tasks will involve engaging with prospective clients, managing phone communications, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative duties.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Experience in an administrative or clerical capacity
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in sales is advantageous, with a preference for real estate or new home sales experience
  • A strong customer service orientation is essential
  • Basic knowledge of blueprints and/or floor plans is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • A personable and energetic demeanor with the ability to connect with diverse buyer profiles
  • Capability to work independently

This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule.
