Job Overview

We are in search of a Lead Teacher for our Two and Three-Year-Old Preschool program. This role involves designing and implementing developmentally appropriate activities tailored for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide preschool-aged children through activities aimed at fostering intellectual and creative development.
  • Establish a nurturing and secure learning atmosphere.
  • Formulate schedules and routines that ensure ample physical activity, rest, and play.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in childcare, education, or related fields.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Ability to connect and build rapport with children.
  • Exhibit a positive and patient attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
