- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the retail or wholesale hardware, lumber, building materials, or farm supply industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
