Job OverviewAt Brute Force Energy Services LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to join our Chemical Plant team. The successful candidate will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Chemical Plant operations team, including preparing reports, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the operations team, management, and other departments.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
