About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Project Engineer to join our team at Talentvis. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our petro-chemical manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for mechanical equipment in petro-chemical plants
  • Lead project improvement initiatives for process plants, including refinery and petro-chemical industries
  • Conduct machine modifications, mechanical facility design, and construction for plant modification and improvement projects
  • Implement and control preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including time-based inspections, vibration checks, and oil analysis
  • Review and report maintenance results, and update equipment repair procedures and work inventory management
  • Participate in root cause investigations and failure analysis of process equipment
  • Coordinate with production departments to ensure machine utilization, downtime, and production output
  • Control project assignments to meet budget, schedule, safety, and company targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Background in mechanical equipment in petro-chemical or chemical plants
  • Experience as a project engineer in petro-chemical or chemical plants
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
  • Basic Auto CAD skills
