Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Safety Coordinator to join our team at Bass Pro Inc. This role involves coordinating customer service and safety procedures for our firearm and archery range, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong knowledge of firearms and archery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer service and safety procedures for the range, including training staff and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • NRA Instructor or Range Officer credentials
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the outdoor industry
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods
