Position Overview

Role Responsibilities

The selected candidate will provide technical drafting and design assistance for various surveying assignments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating legal descriptions and visual representations.
  • Reviewing and verifying field data.
  • Designing right-of-way plans and acquisition documentation across multiple initiatives.

This role demands effective planning, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong commitment to client service. A self-driven attitude and the capability to handle diverse tasks in a high-quality manner within a collaborative team setting, both remotely and in-person, are essential.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant CAD experience, particularly with AutoCAD Civil3D (2018 and later) and MicroStation (SS10, INROADS, OPENROADS, CONNECT EDITION).
  • Familiarity with additional tools such as TBC, SCENE, TOPODOT, and CYCLONE (MODEL or 3DR).
  • Experience with Agisoft Metashape, Pix4D, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of Autodesk software including Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, Infraworks, and Cloud Compare.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License, ensuring insurability under company policies.
