Key Responsibilities- Oversee boundary and topographical surveys, ensuring accuracy and precision
- Conduct construction layouts, ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Prepare subdivision plats, right of way plats and descriptions, and parcel legal descriptions
- Perform ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
- Licensure: years as a licensed Arizona Professional Land Surveyor, required
- Proficiency with GPS, Robotic Total Station, and Data Collectors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ARCGIS, and/or MicroStation
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Bluebeam
- Ability to organize field notes
- Ability to read construction plans
- Experience performing boundary research
- Ability to execute field staking
- Strong math skills
- Valid driver's license
- Additional state licensures, New Mexico, Utah Professional Land Surveyor licenses a plus
- Drone and scanner experience a plus
- OSHA 30-hour certification a plus
