As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing boundary and topographical surveys, construction layouts, subdivision plats, right of way plats and descriptions, parcel legal descriptions, and ALTA/ACSM land title surveys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee boundary and topographical surveys, ensuring accuracy and precision
  • Conduct construction layouts, ensuring compliance with project specifications
  • Prepare subdivision plats, right of way plats and descriptions, and parcel legal descriptions
  • Perform ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
Requirements
  • Licensure: years as a licensed Arizona Professional Land Surveyor, required
  • Proficiency with GPS, Robotic Total Station, and Data Collectors
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ARCGIS, and/or MicroStation
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Bluebeam
  • Ability to organize field notes
  • Ability to read construction plans
  • Experience performing boundary research
  • Ability to execute field staking
  • Strong math skills
  • Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional state licensures, New Mexico, Utah Professional Land Surveyor licenses a plus
  • Drone and scanner experience a plus
  • OSHA 30-hour certification a plus
