1. SAP BTP Management:

Administer and sustain the SAP BTP environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Conduct routine system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements.

Establish and oversee user access controls, security configurations, and data safeguarding protocols.

2. Application Integration and Deployment:

Manage the rollout and integration of new applications and services within the SAP BTP framework.

Collaborate with development teams to facilitate the seamless integration and deployment of custom applications.

3. Ongoing Maintenance and Support:

Deliver continuous support and maintenance for SAP BTP applications and services.

Oversee system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain a secure and up-to-date platform.

Quickly address and resolve any technical challenges to minimize operational interruptions.

4. Performance Enhancement:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and other related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and data protection measures.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
