Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Field HR and Associate Relations teams, including managing inquiries and reports, conducting exit interviews, and processing new hire requests.
  • Correspondence and Presentations: Generate correspondence, memos, and presentations to support Field HR and Associate Relations teams.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, collating, and filing documents, ordering office supplies, and processing invoices.
  • Maintenance of HR Contact List: Maintain the Field HR contact list.
  • Special Projects: Support Field HR and Associate Relations teams with special projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum One Year of Administrative or Customer Service Experience
