Outreach and Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outreach and Sales Specialist to join our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team at WelbeHealth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for successful enrollment of prospective participants into our PACE program. This is a unique opportunity to apply your sales expertise in a new and exciting way, while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our vulnerable seniors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build relationships with community leaders and partners to generate qualified leads and referrals
  • Consistently meet monthly enrollment metric goals and collaborate with the MOE Director to develop and implement effective marketing plans
  • Provide education and awareness about WelbeHealth's services to referral sources and community organizations
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class relationships with community-based organizations, senior centers, and assisted living facilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting
  • Technology experience, including Salesforce and Athena
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese required
