Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the office team to deliver exceptional patient care and service
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and patient satisfaction
  • Manage office operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
