Key Responsibilities

The QESH Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and advocating for the company's quality, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring their effective implementation throughout the organization. Reporting directly to senior management, you will lead a team of technicians dedicated to maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and promoting a safe and sustainable workplace.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Management Systems: Oversee and sustain management systems for Occupational Health and Safety, Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), and Food Safety (ISO 22000).
• Continuous Improvement: Design and execute continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean manufacturing principles across operations.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies regarding Quality, Environment, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety.
• Process Optimization: Enhance the efficiency of processes related to Quality, Environment, Food Safety, and Health and Safety.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and service flows with other departments.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and manage programs focused on sustainability, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
• Product Certification: Update and maintain product approvals, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Preventive Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance for facilities.
• Project Development: Support and contribute to new installation and product development projects.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within an industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Engineering background to facilitate technical analysis and quality control processes.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, 22000, 14001, and 55000 standards.
• Experience in safety management.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Integrated Management (Quality, Environment, Food Safety).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
