Key Responsibilities

The QESH Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing and advocating for the company's quality, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring their consistent application throughout operations. Reporting directly to the plant manager, you will lead a team of two technicians, guiding them to uphold our high standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your role is vital in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and enhancing our commitment to a safe and sustainable workplace.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Management Systems: Oversee and maintain management systems for Occupational Health and Safety, Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), and Food Safety (ISO 22000).
• Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement projects aimed at continuous improvement across operations, utilizing Lean manufacturing principles.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies regarding Quality, Environment, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety.
• Process Optimization: Enhance the efficiency of processes related to Quality, Environment, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Maintain effective communication and service flows with other departments.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and manage programs focused on sustainability, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
• Product Compliance: Update and maintain product approvals and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Preventive Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance of facilities.
• Project Development: Support and develop new installation and product initiatives.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within an industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Engineering background to facilitate technical analysis and monitoring of production processes.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, 22000, 14000, and 55000 standards.
• Experience in safety management.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Integrated Management (Quality, Environment, Food Safety).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
