At Cogswell Insurance Agency, we have been dedicated to offering our clients assurance and support since 1937. We are currently expanding our operations and are in search of a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to enhance our vibrant team.

Role Overview:
This role is essential in assisting our clients with their home, auto, and various personal insurance requirements while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries.
  • Handle standard insurance tasks, including issuing auto ID cards, endorsements, and proof of property insurance.
  • Support the completion of new and renewal applications, along with necessary correspondence.
  • Evaluate and review the coverage needs of current clients during renewals or changes.
  • Adhere to established workflows and maintain data accuracy within the agency management system.
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • A valid Montana Property & Casualty Insurance license is mandatory.
