As a Program Manager within Informatic Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting, guiding, and executing critical initiatives for our Cybersecurity division. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, technology, and risk mitigation. A deep understanding of technological functions and organizational structures is essential, along with exceptional analytical, strategic planning, organizational, and communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Business Information Security Office.


• Spearhead projects and programs related to Information Security Standards and risk management, utilizing Agile methodologies to provide strategic oversight to projects, colleagues, and team members.


• Create, develop, and oversee project plans within a complex and evolving environment, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate shifting requirements.


• Ensure comprehensive documentation of projects to minimize risk and guarantee timely delivery.


• Utilize problem-solving and persuasive skills to ensure project plans achieve their intended outcomes.


• Work collaboratively across departments with stakeholders to effectively drive project completion.


• Demonstrate exceptional influencing abilities to advance project and program initiatives.


• Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings.

Basic Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s Degree.


• Proven history of successful project management.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.


• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security principles.


• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).


• Familiarity with project management tools such as ADO or JIRA Boards.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Over 4 years of project management experience.


• More than 3 years of experience in executing technology risk management (including tech and cyber controls management).


• At least 1 year of experience with risk management frameworks, IT General Controls (ITGC), and cloud environments.


• Certifications in PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
