• Collaborate with the Information Security Office to enhance the security posture of the organization.
• Spearhead projects and programs related to Information Security Standards and risk management, utilizing Agile methodologies to provide strategic oversight.
• Develop, implement, and oversee project plans in a fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies as necessary to accommodate evolving requirements.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of projects to minimize risks and guarantee timely delivery.
• Utilize problem-solving and persuasive skills to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful project execution.
• Demonstrate exceptional influencing abilities to drive project and program initiatives.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines in high-pressure situations.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in project management with a successful track record.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security principles.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ADO or JIRA Boards.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Over 4 years of project management experience.
• More than 3 years of experience in executing technology risk management (including tech and cyber controls management).
• At least 1 year of experience with risk management frameworks, IT General Controls (ITGC), and cloud environments.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
