Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule; minimum of 3 days onsite required

Role Overview:

The Cybersecurity Program Manager will play a pivotal role in steering and executing critical initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, technology, cybersecurity, and risk oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Information Security Office.
  • Lead projects and programs related to Information Security Standards and risk management, employing Agile methodologies to provide strategic guidance.
  • Design, develop, and oversee project plans in a complex and evolving environment, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changing needs.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of projects to mitigate risks and guarantee timely delivery.
  • Utilize problem-solving and persuasive skills to ensure project plans achieve their intended outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to effectively drive project delivery.
  • Exhibit exceptional influencing abilities to advance project and program initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated history of successful project management.
  • A minimum of 4 years of project management experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ADO or JIRA Boards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in executing technology risk management (tech & cyber controls management).
  • 1+ years of experience with risk management frameworks, ITGC, and cloud environments.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
