Position Overview
The Operations Support Manager, under the guidance of the Senior Operations Manager, is essential in enhancing operational efficiency by delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse clientele. This role involves managing order processing, invoicing, customer communications, and overseeing inventory management. Proficiency in various online systems and strong organizational skills are critical for success in this dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to a broad range of wholesale and retail clients, demonstrating patience and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Handle invoicing and reporting tasks utilizing the NetSuite Accounting system.
  • Manage the main company communication channels to process orders and address inquiries.
  • Document all customer-related issues for follow-up.
  • Receive and process customer orders through various online platforms.
  • Support the Customer Service Operations Manager in overseeing front office functions.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and payable responsibilities.
  • Manage inventory levels, including merchandise and supplies.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Provide assistance with additional projects and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
