Porsche Sales Specialist

At Penske Automotive Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Porsche Pro to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling vehicle accessories and aftermarket services to maximize dealership profit potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed department sales goals, personal sales goals, and personal income goals
- Maximize profitability of each sale by selling vehicle accessories and aftermarket services
- Verify accurate and complete sales documentation and related paperwork
- Supervise delivery preparation of sold vehicles, ensuring proper installation of purchased options
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries to customers, providing dealership tours and introductions to relevant personnel
- Understand customer psychology and use effective methods to draw them into the store for vehicle demonstrations and transactions
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone or email
- Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership products and services, conveying this information to customers
- Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing retail automobile sales
- Implement aggressive personal marketing plan to increase internet leads
- Maintain reporting systems required by management and the manufacturer
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas and customer waiting areas
- Follow attendance and punctuality standards, adhering to timekeeping standards
- Follow the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct
- Understand and follow all work rules and procedures, as well as lawful directions from supervisors
- Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
- Maintain a professional appearance for self and subordinates, in accordance with company policy
- Attend pertinent training on request
- Assist with organizing and attending special events held at the dealership or in the community
- Attend company meetings as required
- Able to establish personal sales and income goals, implementing a plan to achieve them
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate via face-to-face, phone, or other means
- Able to effectively promote the value and benefits of products and services using multiple communication methods
- Ability to understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations impacting retail automotive sales
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to process data and organize it for management analysis
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions
- Ability to interact well with others
