Job Title: Business Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure seamless day-to-day functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building efficient systems and processes, and a proven track record of managing office staff and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to meet our organization's standards
  • Streamline office systems, including filing, supplies, equipment, and budget management
  • Manage secretarial duties, including leading day-to-day operations and supervising administrative assistants
  • Perform additional HR and administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Over 2 years of management experience or similar work experience in an office environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be located in close proximity to Marietta, GA
