At Clark Insurance, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Support Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless execution of our service strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting our production and service teams with projects to ensure flawless execution of our service strategy
  • Preparing Client Resource Guides to ensure insurance clients have accurate claims reporting information
  • Assisting with completion of client mailings, presentations, spreadsheets, and other insurance administrative projects
  • Researching company information in Epic and online to enter prospective and current client data in Client Resource Management system
  • Confirming seminar registration, preparing name badges, and providing team support for seminar events
  • Providing trade show support to operation and production teams
  • Printing and distributing communication and collateral for internal and external use
  • Communicating with internal and external clients through phone and email in a professional manner
  • Managing time effectively to prioritize workload

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
