Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier Coordinator to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Key Carrier Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the store, including customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.

This is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, with a focus on leadership and management. You will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, taking on a leadership position in the store and providing guidance and support to team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
  • Ensuring store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizing as needed
  • Addressing immediate customer service issues and providing coaching to Associates
  • Exercising discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers

Requirements include:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
  • Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
