Clinical Medical Support Specialist

As a Medical Assistant at All Medical Personnel, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional patient care and support to our medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Escort and prepare patients for examinations, ensuring a comfortable and respectful experience.
• Obtain vital signs and medical history, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Assist with standard diagnostic procedures, including EKG, Phlebotomy, Venipuncture, PFT, Doppler, and Injections, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records; experience with eClinicalWorks a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
