**Executive Secretary Opportunity**

Career Group is looking for a detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support our team in San Francisco. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative assistance to a team of Portfolio Managers while also handling office management responsibilities.

The salary for this position is between $80-95k annually.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Portfolio Managers' schedules and calendars
  • Arranging domestic and international travel plans, monitoring expenses
  • Screening and filtering emails and phone calls, responding to meeting requests
  • Compiling detailed expense reports through Navan
  • Performing various administrative tasks and special projects
  • Welcoming visitors and assisting with office moves
  • Maintaining the office supply inventory and coordinating catering
  • Handling mail and package reception

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role; nonprofit or professional services environment is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent results
