Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to our healthcare team, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Patient Communication: Professionally communicate with patients, providers, and staff to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Registration and Documentation: Register patients according to established protocols and ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient information.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One (1) or more year(s) of customer service or registration experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
