About the Role:

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, and enhancing products for Last Mile Delivery at Walmart. This includes managing product roadmaps, creating requirement documents, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, and transforming customer insights into actionable initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product strategies and vision using domain expertise, industry best practices, market opportunities, and business cases.
  • Develop and enhance products to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities with business goals and communicate product roadmaps.
  • Provide overall direction for products by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 7 years of experience in product management or 9 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Experience as a product manager, ideally with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience creating inclusive digital experiences.
