Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients through consistent communication to meet both immediate and long-term needs.

- Identify and cultivate new business relationships within the target market.

- Maintain an organized database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor industry trends, product advancements, and competitor activities regarding pricing and sales.
- Perform administrative tasks, including preparing sales budgets, maintaining sales records, and filing expense reports.
- Consult with clients to address issues and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate meetings with prospects, sales, and current customers in collaboration with the VP of Sales/Customer Service.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in account management, including setting appointments, customer presentations, and closing deals.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and account management within the transportation and logistics sector is preferred.
- A recent degree in Marketing or a Business-related field is required.
- Previous experience in an analytical role or pricing function is advantageous.
- Ability to comprehend business processing requirements and devise innovative technological solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales involving complex transactions is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the sales planning process.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer relations abilities.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
