  • Content Governance: Establish and maintain content standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the app.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Analyze user behavior and app performance data to inform content decisions and optimize content for better user engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Technical Writing, or English.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX writing, UX design, or content design, with a focus on mobile app content.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of content design principles, user experience, and mobile app development. Proficiency in content management systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager. Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
