Administrative Assistant: Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing all phases of Life, Long Term Disability, and Health Insurance projects.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and service Life, LTD, and Health Accounts
- Manage client/vendor relationships and communication
- Work closely with producers to determine employee benefits installation and implementation requirements
- Manage new business/client query email box and respond to inquiries
- Submit required group forms to re-certify group coverage eligibility for employers
- Manage employer group and carrier/vendor timelines for timely implementation
- Implementation meetings/calls with employer groups, carriers, and vendor partners
- Continuous follow-ups until approval confirmation
- Timely and appropriate communications to clients, vendors, and sales producers
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with database applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in an implementation role
- Minimum 2+ years' experience with a carrier, agency, brokerage firm, or enrollment vendor
