Position Summary:The Client Accounts Administrator plays a crucial role in managing the firm's prestigious billing portfolios. This position focuses on high-volume and high-fee accounts for institutional and prominent clients.
As a subject-matter expert in billing, the administrator will represent the department in client meetings and collaborate across various teams to influence billing practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex billing operations for both domestic and international clients.
- Oversee the complete billing cycle, including the review and editing of prebills, and ensure necessary approvals for deferrals and write-offs.
- Field billing inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, adhering to service level agreements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client billing requirements and update them as necessary.
- Generate and submit accurate monthly reports, collaborating with other teams as needed.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on billing procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
Education and Experience:A minimum of five years of experience in managing high-volume billing portfolios is required. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Work Environment:This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional requirements to visit the local office.
